MY CHI / COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM

The Ask: One of Havas Chicago's core values for 2017 was "Heart," prompting employees of the agency to ask how they have heart and how they can demonstrate that in our community.

My Role: Started the agency's first ever volunteer group, deepening the agency’s footprint in the Chicago social impact community, exposing ourselves to the amazing diversity of social groups this city has to offer and spreading the word that Havas is “all in” on Chicago in the process.

The Outcome (January to June '17):

  • 211 total hours volunteered

  • 54 unique employees recruited to volunteer

  • 9 unique organizations volunteered with

  • $5093.54 in estimated value generated
